Week (11)

This week is the last week in our course and we studied about Microsoft Access or database.

Microsoft Access: is an information management tool that helps you store information for reference, reporting, and analysis. And can help you overcome the limitations found when trying to manage large amounts of information in Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet applications.
We learnt first how to create database, insert information, and make tables in access.
Then we learnt how to make a relationship between the tables, make form and report for this information.

I was happy and had tension at same time; I was happy because we finish our course so it’s the end of the semester but I had tension because after one week we have final exam. Hmmmmmm

Week (10)

In this week we studied about Google, what we can do in it and we took especially about Google site.

Google Sites is a structured web page creation tool offered by Google as part of the Google Apps Productivity suite. The goal of Google Sites is for anyone to be able to create a team-oriented site where multiple people can collaborate and share files and for free.

And also in this class we got the group project 2, we have to design a website from Google site; we have to make 4 pages at least; first page to introduce about ourselves and the group and the other 3 pages we will choose one topic and write about it like for example for my group we chose cooking and maybe we will change the idea.

I think that’s all what we took in this week.^_^

Week (9)

I have learnt in this week about The World Wide Web (abbreviated as WWW, commonly known as the Web) is a system of interlinked hypertext documents accessed via the Internet. With a web browser one can view web pages that may contain text, images, videos, and other multimedia, and navigate between them via hyperlinks.
And also we studied about the web application and the difference between web 1.0, web 2.0 and web3.0.

Like for example web 1.0:
-         Is Describe as “ read only web”.
-           Web 1.0 is about client server.
-           Static HTML websites.
-         Example of web 1.0 are Double click.

And web 2.0:
-         Describe as read-write web (Dynamic web site).
-         is more than search for information.
-         Web 2.0 is the popular term for advances Internet Technology and applications including blogs, wikis, really simple Syndication (RSS) and social bookmarking.
-         Some of the Web 2.0 applications that allow user to share their experiences and allow to edit and provide drag and drop facilities are: Flckr, bloglines, del.icio.us, technorati etc.

And web 3.0:

-         Web 3.0 is based on intelligent web applications using.
-         Natural language processing.
-         Machine-based learning and reasoning.
-         Intelligent applications.

And I think that’s all what we took in this week……thank you Mr. Azam Aldeen   ^_^

Week (8)

Sadly to say that also this week there is no electricity and no air condition in our class, so we moved to the library to study about same topic with last week.
It is Information System Methodology; in this class Mr.Azam Aldeen explained to us about the Information System Methodology
He explained to us what the information system methodology is and the collection of it:
1)Procedures           2)Tools          3)Documentation aids
And also he explained to us the types of ISD methodology and the last thing we studied is the waterfall methodology:
And in this class the teacher explained to each group alone because we are in the library and this class was short and fast a little bit because every group finished can go.^_^

Week (7)

Asslamulikom this week is first week after holiday. I think that we will tae a big rest on the holiday and no study but actually we have to prepare for the mid test for ICT so we were preparing and studying for it. And here I remember that there is no rest of studying in the life of students.

I was afraid a little bit because some information weren’t very clear for me.
This week there was no electricity in our lab class so Mr.Azam Aldeen gave us the class in the library.
In this class we did an activity; we have to go and find information aboutt Information System Methodology.
Me and my group searched in the internet and we found that information system methodology  is a collection of procedures, techniques, tools and documentation aids which will help the systems developers in their efforts to implement a new information system.
And the methodology is a collection of:
         Procedures
         Tools
         Documentation aids

And we call the system development life cycle sometimes the waterfall method:

And when we finish searching we show what we have done to Mr.Azam aldeen and here the class finish.
